Refund policy

At A&N Immigration Services, we are committed to providing high-quality immigration consulting and document support. Because our services involve time, expertise, and personalized preparation, our refund policy is structured to protect both the client and the business.


1. No Refund After Work Has Started

Once a consultation, document review, drafting, or application preparation has begun, the service becomes non-refundable.
This includes any portion of the service that has already been completed.


2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)

Clients may request a refund only if no work has started on their file.
If approved, the refund will be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.


3. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application or future decisions.


4. Government Fees

Government fees (IRCC fees, biometrics, courier fees, etc.) are not included in A&N service fees and are not refundable through us under any circumstances.


5. Incorrect or Missing Information

Refunds are not granted in cases where the client provides incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information that affects their eligibility or application result.


6. Service Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all timelines, A&N Immigration Services is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • IRCC processing times
  • Government system errors
  • Delayed client responses
  • Issues outside our control

These situations do not qualify for refunds.


7. Client Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a service before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of A&N Immigration Services.


8. No Guarantee of Approval

Because IRCC makes final decisions on all applications, no immigration consultant can guarantee approval. Refunds are not granted based on application outcomes.
